Service and Maintenance
In our Maintenance Agreement, customers receive priority response on all service needs..
For a low annual rate, your machines will be protected against hardware failure.
The Maintenance Agreement includes Labor, Parts, and Travel Time for all Repairs and/or Service needed.
If customers are using OEM Consumables, there will be four scheduled visit. Printer maintenance agreements are for One Year.
To place an existing machine under contract, we would have to bring the machine up to agreement standards, then we can start the contract.
We only use OEM Parts for replacement. Consumables excluded from Agreement. But Consumables can be added to Agreement.
Service Calls:
- Hourly Rate is $90.00 plus Parts (minimum of 1/2 hour)
- Free Quotes on Parts and Labor
- Labor and Parts have a 30 day warranty
- 4 hour response time
- Central Arkansas coverage area
- Computer hardware repairs and Virus/Spyware removal
